Delete your deiAIty account

Proposed update: 30 September 2026. Publisher: Nityatna, Padubidri, Nadsal, Udupi, Karnataka 574111, India. Contact: deiaitycollab@gmail.com.

In the Android app

  1. Open deiAIty, sign in and go to Profile.
  2. Choose Delete Account and confirm.
  3. If asked, sign out and sign in again, then retry within five minutes. A recent sign-in protects your account.
  4. If the request is interrupted, reopen the app and retry. The app and a server task keep deletion pending and stop new account Collection writes.

Without the app

Email deiaitycollab@gmail.com with subject “Delete my deiAIty account”. Include the email address registered to the account if you know it; you may write from another address if you can no longer access that inbox. We will verify your request proportionately and offer another verification path if needed. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.

When we respond

Proposed service target: we acknowledge an email request within three business days, then complete deletion from our active account service within 30 calendar days after we verify the request. If we need more information or a legal exception applies, we explain the delay. The in-app flow normally starts deletion immediately, but you can use this email route if it does not complete.

What is removed and what remains

After verification, we delete the Firebase Authentication account and its private cloud Collections. The updated app removes account-bound local Collections, pending edits and rotation queues. Already applied wallpapers and exported images on your device remain under your control. Short-lived view receipts, account-deletion records, provider backup copies, support correspondence and operational logs follow the periods in our Privacy Policy; aggregate popularity and daily product counts without account identifiers may remain. Firebase Authentication can take up to 180 days after deletion is initiated to clear associated information from its live and backup systems.

Proposed support-mail schedule: we manually remove the request correspondence within 12 months after the case closes, unless a specific legal or security reason requires longer. Gmail can retain deleted messages in Trash for up to 30 additional days. We will test this external request channel before publication.
